This proof set includes a 1 Troy Pound (16 ozt) and 1 ozt round, both. 999 fine silver with a gold vermeil; a limited edition President William J. Clinton Inaugural Cover featuring the presidential seal and Inauguration Day Washington DC postmark; and a commemorative pin.

The 1 pound round has some rim damage on the reverse at 6 o'clock from being previously removed from the plastic capsule, and the 1 oz round displays some milky hazing and toning. The jacket that holds the Inaugural Cover has several small stains in the center of the presidential seal.
